The Total Revenue report and Total Revenue by Type report both show you revenue for charges that were successfully billed in a given month.
When revenue is incurred (not when it’s billed), Stripe lets you (the Kitchen Administrator) run reports that let you see when the amount due on an invoice was actually delivered to Stripe. In your Stripe dashboard, go to Payments, and then Export.
From there, you can find out when the revenue was actually in your bank account (it's a bit tedious, but you probably only need to do that for 2-3 days around each end of the month).
