Receive, manage, and communicate with leads directly from your Leads Manager, allowing you to quickly and easily convert leads into paying clients. No more juggling emails, phone calls, spreadsheets, contact forms, etc. All your leads can be managed from one location - for free!

You received a lead! What's next?

Once you create your Food Corridor account from your Kitchen Door listing, all leads (i.e. any food businesses that complete your “Contact Kitchen” form on your listing) are automatically sent to your Leads Manager account. This keeps your leads organized in one place and easy to manage. Quickly see if and when you last contacted them, as well as their key information about their business.

Select a lead's name to navigate to their Lead Profile and see key details from their interest form (business stage, budget, monthly hours needed, contact info). After reviewing their profile, you can decide whether they are a good fit to join your kitchen and either Send Request, Decline, or Remind (send them a message if you haven't heard back from them).

Found a lead that's a good fit for your kitchen?

Hooray! If a lead is a good fit for your kitchen, select Send Request. They will receive an email to confirm your invite. Once accepted, you can communicate next steps to them through the Leads Manager or via their email now displayed in their profile.

Not a good fit for your kitchen? Decline the lead.

Not all the leads will be a good match for your kitchen. And that's okay. With lead management, you can opt to decline them. When you select the Decline option, you can choose to send them a pre-filled decline message or not.

Once you have declined the lead, you have the choice to permanently delete them, or keep them in your Declined leads list for a later date.

Haven't heard back from a lead in a while? Send them a reminder.

Sometimes a lead needs some extra motivation to get the ball rolling. Use the Remind option to send a reminder email if you are waiting for their response.

Lead have the option of responding "I'm no longer interested", which will notify you and hide this specific lead. No more wasting time with leads who aren't planning on moving forward!
