Receive, manage, and communicate with leads directly in your Food Corridor account to quickly and easily move them through your onboarding process. You received a lead, now what?
Leads from The Kitchen Door (i.e. food businesses that complete the “Contact Kitchen” form on your listing) are sent automatically to your Food Corridor account in your Clients > Leads tab. This keeps your leads organized in one place and easy to manage. Quickly see if and when you have contacted them, as well as their key information about their business (name, business type, business stage, monthly hours needed).
Select a new lead's name to navigate to their Lead Profile and see key details from their interest form (business stage, budget, monthly hours needed, contact info). After reviewing their profile, you can decide whether or not they are a good fit to join your kitchen and either Invite to Onboard, Decline, or Nudge (send them a reminder if you haven't heard back from them).

Feel like this lead is a good fit? Invite them to Onboard!
Hooray! If the lead is a good fit for your kitchen, select Invite to Onboard. They will be prompted via email to create a password which will create their Food Corridor account. If they already have an account, they'll be prompted to log in.
You can also assign them an Onboarding Checklist when you invite them to join so they know their next steps. Don't have Onboarding Flows or not sure what checklist to assign them? No worries! You can skip this step and always assign them a checklist later.
Once you invite them to onboard, the lead will move to the Onboarding section of your Clients tab. One step closer to a new, active client!
Not a good fit for your kitchen? Decline the lead.
Not all the leads will be a good match for your kitchen. And that's okay. With lead management, if you don't want to invite them to onboard, you can opt to decline them. When you select the Decline option, you can choose to send them a pre-filled decline message or not.
Once you have declined the lead, you have the choice to permanently delete them, or keep them in your Declined leads list for a later date.
Haven't heard back from a lead in a while? Send them a Nudge.
Sometimes a lead needs some extra motivation to get the ball rolling. Use the Nudge option to send a reminder email if you are waiting for their response.
The lead can reply to this email, which will be sent directly to your Food Corridor message inbox. They will also have the option to say "I'm no longer interested", which will notify you and hide this specific lead. No more wasting time with leads who aren't planning on moving forward!
