Now you can take action on multiple leads at once with bulk actions. Select several leads and quickly:
Invite to onboard
Send a reminder
Decline leads
Hide leads (more on this below)

❌ Automatically Remove Cold or Declined Leads
Leads that you’ve declined or who have confirmed they’re no longer interested will now be automatically removed from your lead list. This helps you keep your dashboard focused only on relevant and actionable leads. You can still see a full list of leads you have received from the Lead Detail report under the Reporting tab.
🕓 Use 'Hide' as a Holding Spot for Leads Who Aren't Ready
Not all leads are a "no"—some just aren't ready yet. You can now manually hide leads that you want to keep, but who aren’t ready to move forward. This creates a "holding spot" where you can keep those leads out of the way without losing them entirely. Use the Show Hidden option to view your hidden leads.
Leads who haven't interacted in 30 days will now be automatically hidden (unless their status is still “new,” in which case they’ll remain visible at the top). This helps prevent old leads from cluttering your view.
If a hidden lead messages you, or if you take action on them (message, invite, remind, etc.), they’ll automatically become visible again—so you never miss a revived opportunity.
