The Lead Intake Form is the application that food businesses interested in joining your kitchen will complete. It’s directly connected to your Kitchen Door listing, but you can also share it with potential clients through other platforms.
This form gathers key information about the business, allowing you to quickly determine if they’re a good fit for your kitchen. No need for a separate application — we’ve done the work for you!
What information is asked in the intake form?
The form is designed to capture the most important screening details kitchens typically request.
Basic information
The first section asks for the lead’s name, business name, and contact details. When you message a lead through your Food Corridor account, your message will go directly to their email — keeping all communication organized in one place.
Business details
Next, the form asks about the business stage, type, and products they produce. This helps you determine if your kitchen can accommodate their needs and provides insight into their level of experience.
Scheduling and budget
Leads are asked how many hours they expect to book each month, their day and time preferences, and their monthly budget. This helps you see if they can fit into your kitchen’s schedule and whether their budget aligns with your rates.
Open message
Finally, the form includes a section for the lead to share more about their business and why they’re interested in your kitchen. This message appears in their Lead Profile in your account, where you can respond directly.
