When a Client is assigned a monthly billing plan, will they be billed for the previous month or the upcoming month?

Clients on monthly plans pre-pay for a set number of hours or credit to be used in the upcoming month. Each month, their base number of hours/credits reset (the hours/credit do not roll over). Most of our Kitchen Administrators bill their Clients for plans on the 5th of the month. This is called the billing date.

During the active month, the Client's bookings on the calendar work toward their base hours or the cost of the booking is deducted from their credit balance depending on the monthly plan they are assigned. Once they go over their base number of hours or credit, the overage rate(s) kick in for the rest of the month. The overage hours are either added up for the remainder of the month and paid on next month's billing date (along with next month's plan amount) or billed to the client following their overage booking depending on what is set in the billing plan.

Other items billed on the billing date are storage and any monthly recurring fees. Learn more about monthly bills here.
