Not really. As the Kitchen Administrator, you would have to have two calendars in order for two Clients to rent spaces, and that would affect your default hourly rate.

The easiest way would be to add a credit to one Client's account (who made the booking) and a booking fee to the other (who shared the kitchen) to break up the payment.
