If you need to verify when a specific booking was created — for example, to resolve a dispute about booking order, confirm a client's reservation time, or check the audit trail on a booking — here's where to find that information.

Using the All Bookings Report

The most reliable way to find a booking's creation timestamp is through your All Bookings report.

  1. Go to your Reporting tab.

  2. Open the Bookings section.

  3. Either view or download the All Bookings report.

  4. Look for the "Created At" column — this shows the exact date and time the booking was submitted.

You can filter this report by client name or date range to narrow down the booking you're looking for.

💡 Note: You may also want to reference the "Last Updated At" column as this will show when/if the booking was last updated.

Viewing the booking request notification

If your client is on manual approval, you can also see when you received the booking request notification.

Either search your email box or click the notification bell in your Food Corridor account to see when you received the booking request notification. The notification will be sent to you around the same time as when the booking was created.

💡 Note: Checking for the booking request notification will only work if the client is on manual approval. If the client is on auto-approval, you will want to use the All Bookings report to see when the booking was created.
