Why doesn't The Food Corridor sync with Google Calendar or iCal?

Learn why The Food Corridor's booking schedule does not sync with outside calendars such as Google Calendar or iCalendar

The Food Corridor doesn't currently support syncing with external calendars like Google Calendar or iCal because these calendar platforms don't offer a two-way sync.

If a kitchen operator or food business made a change in the external calendar (like moving or canceling a booking), that change wouldn't automatically update in The Food Corridor. This could create billing errors and logistical problems, since TFC relies on accurate booking data to generate invoices and manage space availability.

One of the benefits of The Food Corridor is that all of your bookings can exist in one place, no need to have additional calendars for your rental schedule, everything can live in The Food Corridor!

Use the Daily View Link Instead

While The Food Corridor doesn't sync with external calendars, you can use the Daily View link to share your kitchen's booking schedule with anyone—no login required. It's a great way to keep your team in the loop or provide visibility to clients.

You can find your unique Daily View link from your Scheduling tab. Click on Daily View, copy the URL, and share it via email, text, or even display it on a monitor in your kitchen!

👉 Note: We know calendar integration would be valuable for many kitchens and we've documented this request, though it's not currently planned for development.
