How to Contact Your Kitchen

Have questions while getting set up? Here's how to reach your kitchen directly through The Food Corridor.

If you have an onboarding checklist assigned:

  1. Login to your Food Corridor account

  2. Go to your My Onboarding page

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  4. Click "Send them a message"

  5. Type your question and send

If you don't have an onboarding checklist:

  1. Login to your Food Corridor account

  2. Go to your message inbox

    1. Click the envelope icon in the top right (on desktop)

    2. Select Menu > Messages (on mobile)

  3. Click 'New Message'

  4. Type your question and send

πŸ’‘ Note: Messages you send through The Food Corridor are delivered directly to your kitchen's inbox, and you'll receive their responses in your Food Corridor message inbox and be notified by email.
