If you're running into trouble booking on your kitchen's calendars, see below for troubleshooting.
Don't see your kitchen's calendars
Make sure your kitchen is selected as your "home kitchen" in your Business Profile.
Click the gear icon (upper righthand side) > Account Settings > Business Profile > scroll to the bottom > search and select your kitchen.
Or, you may still waiting on approval by the kitchen. Check the approval status in your Business Profile.
Not able to book
Have you added your payment method? Add this in your Account Settings > Payment method.
If you chose ACH for your payment method, have you verified it?
Don't see the option to edit your booking
If you click on your approved booking event and don't see an option to "edit," that most likely means you require kitchen approval for your booking requests. Since the kitchen has approved the time and date you originally requested, you will need to submit a new booking request if these details are different. Go ahead and cancel the booking, and create a new one.
