Charge your clients for fees that need to be paid immediately (i.e., application fee or security deposit) - no need to wait until the end of the day.

To charge a fee immediately for a client, go to your Clients tab > Client > Fees/Credits > Add Fee/Credit.

Select a fee from the dropdown or add a custom fee to be charged at midnight tonight. Click Add Fee.

Once the fee has been added, navigate to the Statement tab in the client profile.

Select Charge Now under the Pending fee that was just added.

Note: If no action is taken, pending daily charges will continue to charge automatically later that night.
