Who can upload documents?

Both kitchen administrators and food businesses can upload documents to The Food Corridor

As a Kitchen Administrator

Uploading client documents

  1. Go to Clients > select the client name > Documents

  2. Click Edit (or Add Document)

  3. Upload your file and enter an expiration date

  4. Click Upload Document

To delete a document: Go to Clients > select the client name > Documents > click the trash icon.

Uploading kitchen documents

Kitchen documents can be shared with all clients or kept private.

  1. Go to Documents > Kitchen Documents

  2. Click Edit (or Add Document)

  3. Choose Shared or Private

  4. Upload your file and enter an expiration date

  5. Click Upload Document

Common shared documents: kitchen schedules, parking maps, kitchen layouts, SOPs, policies, blank contracts

Common private documents: licenses, employee information, internal checklists

As a Food Business

We recommend food businesses upload their own documents whenever possible. You can share the following quick steps with your clients:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to Documents

  3. Choose Required, Shared, or Private

  4. Upload your file and add an expiration date (if needed)

  5. Click Upload Document
