Monthly Billing Plans are perfect for charging clients monthly for their time in the kitchen. The plan amount is automatically added to the client's monthly bill and then charged to their payment method on the kitchen's billing date (the 5th of the month).
Clients prepay for the Plan and receive either a set number of hours (time based billing plan) or credit (credit based billing plan) to use towards their kitchen bookings.
As a client books hours on the calendar, the hours/credit are deducted from their set amount. If they book more than the number of hours/credit in their plan, the client pays an hourly overage amount for any additional bookings. This overage amount will either be added to the following month's monthly bill or billed to them at midnight following their overage booking, depending on the billing plan overage settings.
