Ready to add your client accounts?

You have a few options when you're ready to get your clients onboarded, so pick and choose based on what makes most sense for your kitchen:

πŸ› οΈ Option 1: Invite Clients to Create Their Own Account

Just have a few existing clients or prospects to onboard? Clients who follow your "Invite Client" link will create their own account and join your kitchen.

  1. Go to your Clients tab and select your "Invite Client" button to copy your unique sign-up link.

  2. Send this link to your clients via email or message.

  3. Once they sign up, they'll appear in your Onboarding tab as prospects.

Tip: Use our Onboarding Email Template to guide your communication.

🀝 Option 2: Let The Food Corridor Add Clients for You

Already have a list of active clients working in your kitchen? We can handle it!

  1. Contact The Food Corridor team via the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your dashboard and let us know. We'll send you a unique Client Onboarding Tracking Sheet to complete.

  2. Provide your clients' info in your Client Onboarding Tracking sheet (we just need their name, email, business name).

  3. We'll create their accounts for you them without sending any notifications. You can communicate next steps and login instructions with them when you're ready!

πŸ“₯ Option 3: Use Your Lead Intake Form

Do you have new leads interested in your kitchen? Direct all your potential clients to your Lead Intake Form for easy lead qualification and onboarding.

  1. Navigate to your Leads tab.

  2. Click "Share Lead Intake Form" to copy the link.

  3. Share this form on your website, social media, or directly with leads.

  4. Completed forms will populate your Leads tab, allowing you to review, follow up, and invite new leads to start onboarding.

Tip: Learn more about maximizing your Leads Manager tools.

✍️ Option 4: Manually Create Client Accounts

Prefer to set up accounts yourself? Here's how:

  1. Click "Invite Client" in your Clients tab to copy your sign-up link.

  2. Open a private/incognito browser window or log out of your account.

  3. Paste the link and fill in the client's information (Remember the email and password you use; you'll need to share these with the client so they can log in!).

  4. Email your client(s) about their new account, including login instructions and their password (our Onboarding Email Template is a great guide).

  5. After account creation, log back into your kitchen account. The new client(s) will appear in your Onboarding tab.

Note: Using a different browser or private window prevents conflicts with your admin session.

Next Steps After Adding Clients

New clients that follow your "Invite Client" link, and leads that accept your invitation to join, will appear in your Onboarding tab. This is where they upload required documents, add a payment method, and complete any Onboarding Flows checklist they've been assigned. This is also the time for you to collect any one-time fees, like a security deposit or activation fee.

Once they're kitchen-ready, approve them as a client so they can start booking time and paying for kitchen use. Remember to assign your clients their plans, storage, and fees so they are billed accurately!
