To view your current or past bills:
Log into your Food Corridor account
Go to the Billing tab
Your monthly invoices will be listed here with payment status
You'll receive an email notification when your invoice is ready to view each month. These statements show your hours used, billing plan charges, and any additional fees or credits applied to your account. Learn what to expect on your bill here.
What you'll see on your statement:
Monthly billing plan charges
Hourly usage and any overage charges
Additional fees or credits
Payment status (paid, pending, or outstanding)
Total amount due
Need more detail?
If you want to see a breakdown of specific charges, you can also check the Reporting tab in your account and look at "Billed Line Items" for itemized billing information.

Contact your kitchen directly if you have questions about specific charges on your bill. They can review your usage and explain any fees.
