Send messages to your clients and attach photos or documents

From your Food Corridor account, you can send messages to your clients and include attachments such as photos or documents! You can also send a message to all of your clients or prospects. Here is how to send a message:

From the Clients tab: Go to your Clients tab and either click on a client or check the box to the left of their name (you can check multiple boxes if you want to send a message to a group). In the upper right there will be an option to message them. Select this, type your message and click 'Send Message'. You can also send messages to your Prospects here as well!



From your message inbox: Click on the envelope icon in the upper right. This will take you to your inbox where conversations are broken down per client. Either click on 'New Message' or click on a conversation to reply to that thread. You can attach a photo or document to your message by clicking on the paperclip icon (file size limit is 10MB). You can also format your message before you send.


Receiving Messages: Incoming messages will appear in your inbox. You will be notified via text or email when you have a new direct message. Click on the envelope icon to go to your inbox.

To reply: Log in to your Food Corridor account and click into your inbox (envelope icon). Click on a conversation to write a reply in the text box and click 'Send'. Replying directly to an email or text notification will not go to the sender.
